Clients pay by card through the platform. We pay you on a regular monthly schedule. Faster payouts are available on request — your payment processor's standard transfer fee applies.
We verify your registration with HCPC, BACP, BPS or UKCP, confirm your professional indemnity insurance, and check that you operate as a sole trader, partnership or limited company in the UK. We then have a short call to get to know each other and answer any questions you have.
Our commission is 25% of each session fee. When we introduce a client to you through MatchyMatch, that client is part of the platform — we'll ask you not to take them off-platform once they've been matched. We sign a contract that includes a confidentiality and non-circumvention clause. We pay for the marketing that brings them in; you do the great clinical work that keeps them.
Our goal is to let therapists focus on therapy. We handle the rest — finding clients, the initial conversation, payment processing, invoicing, customer support. There are no monthly fees: you only pay our commission when you have paying clients.
